Yes. Searching is free for anyone. Listing your company or yourself is also free. Paid plans add verification badges, priority placement, analytics and API access.
Who can list?
Any company or individual operating in cargo, shipping or logistics — globally. That includes forwarders, NVOCCs, carriers, 3PLs, brokers, agents, surveyors, warehousing and trade-finance providers.
How does verification work?
Cargo Works AI scores every listing against open registries, port records, licensing databases and news. Anything flagged is reviewed by a human moderator before approval.
Where does the data come from?
From you. Listings are self-submitted, then verified. We do not scrape or resell third-party data.
Can I edit my listing later?
Yes. Your listing lives in the Cargo Connect Directory app, where you can edit, add locations, refresh documents and manage messages.
How is Cargo Directory related to Cargo Works Network?
Cargo Directory is a spoke of the Cargo Works ecosystem. Plans, billing and identity are shared, so a verified user on CW Network is verified on Cargo Directory too.
